  • Schizoaffective disorder
  • Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Psychosis
  • Suicidal and homicidal ideation
  • Drug and alcohol addictions

We take the time to understand each person’s unique story so that we can give them personalized attention and guide them toward improved well-being.

Full Continuum of Care

At Shorewood Behavioral Health, we offer a full continuum of care to support our patients at every stage of their healing journey:

  • Inpatient treatment: Inpatient programming is designed for adolescents and adults who are in crisis and need immediate intervention to regain physical and emotional stability.
  • Partial hospitalization program (PHP): Our PHP is a structured option that allows adults to participate in programming during the day and return home each evening.
  • Intensive outpatient program (IOP): With flexible scheduling, our IOP enables patients to continue their daily routines while taking part in therapy sessions.
  • Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT): We also offer inpatient and outpatient maintenance ECT for patients who are experiencing severe mental health symptoms and haven’t responded to other treatment methods.

Some individuals may first enter an inpatient program and then transition to less intensive levels of care, while others might join our PHP or IOP directly. Regardless of their starting point, we are dedicated to helping our patients make steady progress and achieve their short- and long-term goals.
